Head of the IT and Public Platforms Department Expert in software development.
After several years working as an IT specialist for local councils and gaining an understanding of their technological challenges, I have specialised in a service that is in high demand among council and district secretaries: helping them to use the platforms they are required to manage, such as the Public Sector Contracts Platform, amongst others. They face high demands to digitise their administrative processes and have little time to adapt, and as in any market, it is a matter of supply and demand. This has meant that I have gained a clear understanding of the time savings in their daily processes, which, given their heavy workload, makes this service highly valued.
When I was asked to join Europroyect+, I saw this provision of solutions realised on a larger scale, becoming part of the processes and delivering the service I had been providing within a cohesive structure and with a clear purpose: to enable clients to develop further by utilising the grants and programmes available today, which are often not used due to the administrative staff’s heavy workload or a lack of awareness.
From the IT department, we build the tools to facilitate work within the company itself and seek innovation in our own internal processes, ultimately enabling us to put that technological power at the service of our clients.
